Hosted by the Minnesota Chapter of NARI, the ACE award program gives consumers the opportunity to rate remodeling service providers in five categories: quality, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, professionalism, and communication. To qualify for the award companies must submit five consumer completed surveys and receive an average rating of four out of a possible five points across all categories, without having any score lower than three in any individual category. Country Creek Builders is privileged to have achieved this service award.

NARI of Minnesota established the ACE Award in 2010 to increase consumer confidence in hiring NARI of MN members and to recognize industry professionals who provide superior service based on consumer ratings.

Lakeville exterior project completed!

The Country Creek Builder’s Team was hired to update the exterior of this Lakeville, Minnesota home.  Country Creek had recently finished off the couple’s basement – so they knew who to trust to do this project right.   The outdated Cedar siding was cracked, warping, and wood peckers were having fun damaging the siding by putting holes in it.

We removed all of the siding, and then installed Owen Corning Cultured Stone – Country Creek – Bucks County; on the front of the garage and home.  The stone was installed 42” high and finished off with 2 ¼” thick Indiana Limestone Sills.   A special ordered Indiana limestone address stone was added to complete the stone portion of this project.

We then installed James Hardie Staggered Shake siding on the gable of the double garage.  We added 6” trim boards around all of the windows and doors before finishing off the front of this home with James Hardie Lap siding.  We then Painted the Shakes with Sherwin Williams’s exterior paint – SW #7674 “Peppercorn” The trim boards were painted white to match the windows.  We then painted the lap siding with Sherwin Williams’s exterior paint – SW # 7669 – Summit Gray.  We also painted the rest of the exterior of the home. Now the family can enjoy their revamped home exterior in time for the great outdoor weather!

To Whom It May Concern:

We recently hired Country Creek Builders to finish our basement. Having had a horrible experience with a contractor the year prior on another home project, we spent a great deal of time vetting different contractors, getting estimates, and checking references. As a stay-at-home parent with two young children, I was also looking for a company that would be professional with great communication. I wanted to be informed about who was at my house and when they would be there. And last (but of course not least), my husband and I were concerned about staying on budget.

Country Creek was able to meet or exceed our expectations on all accounts. Dan promptly answered numerous emails and phone calls about our estimate until my husband and I were comfortable that the bottom line would meet both our tastes and our budget. Dan also provided us with a calendar at the beginning of the project that delineated the stages of the project and when they would be completed. Any hiccups during the project were discussed with us and we were informed if the project calendar changed.

Lastly, I was most impressed with the team at Country Creek. The crew that was on-site was professional and courteous. They made a big effort to make sure our lives were not disrupted during the project. The team was always conscious of making the construction experience better for us. For example, the project site was cleaned and swept every night, the supplies for the project were brought through a basement window, and there was always time to answer our day-to-day questions. My children were quite sad when the project was over as their “friends” wouldn’t be in the basement anymore.

I will be calling Dan for future projects and recommending him to friends and neighbors. We are very pleased with our finished basement.
