This Lakeville family had a specific finishing plan for their basement. They wanted to have a pool table room, a wet bar, and a family room. To accomplish their dream; Country Creek Builders had to move the bathroom rough-in plumbing lines. In order to do this, we had to jack hammer the concrete floor, move the plumbing rough-in approximately 15 feet, and re-install the plumbing rough-ins. We also had to jack hammer the concrete floor in order to install the bar drain and venting piping. The bar floor was finished with Alcarria 33 CM tile in the Pinwheel pattern. The bar, and built-ins were made of oak with 3 ¼” crown molding, seedy glass and finished with Valspar Dark Cherry Stain. The granite is Tan Brown with a Copper mixed glass tile was selected for the backsplash. The basement was wired with a 7-1 surround system for the family room, plus speakers and a TV in the pool table area.
