Country Creek Builders is moving into a new building mid-July 2026. Here's a behind-the-scenes look at where we're at, what the new space includes, and what's next.

The walls are up. The sign is on the building. And if everything stays on track, we're moving in mid-July!
We've been sharing periodic updates on the new Country Creek Builders building, and this one has a lot to show. So here's a genuine behind-the-scenes look at where things stand and what comes next.

We broke ground on this project a while back. The slab went in before Thanksgiving last year, and then we hit a two-month delay when the exterior wall panel color we specified went on backorder. That pushed our timeline out, but we stayed with the material we wanted.
When you spend 25 years preaching that design decisions matter, you don't cut corners on your own building either.
Once the panels arrived and the exterior came together, things moved quickly. The structure got shelled in. Interior framing went up. And now we're in the finish stretch.

The new building gives us something we've never had before: a purpose-built space designed specifically around how homeowners plan remodeling projects. Not a converted office. Not a retrofitted warehouse. A building we designed from the slab up for this exact purpose.
The showroom itself will feature working kitchen and bathroom displays, material selection areas where you can see countertops, cabinetry, tile, and flooring side by side before committing to anything.
One of the centerpiece features will be a full wet bar display with an island, so you can see exactly what a finished bar build looks like before committing to one in your basement. There will also be a full shower display showcasing the decisions that matter most in a bathroom remodel: recessed niche options, solid surface curb tops, a solid surface floating shower bench, a half wall with solid surface cap, and a full shower glass display.
The idea behind all of it is simple: decisions made in a real environment with real materials in front of you are better decisions than decisions made from a website or a sample board. That's been true for 25 years and it's still true now.
We're also dividing off 2,400 square feet of the building with its own garage, entrance, and bathroom that will be available to rent. That portion is separate from our showroom and operations space.
We'll be in mid-July, but we want to be upfront: the interior of the showroom will still have finish work to do after we move in. That's the nature of a project like this. The building will be functional. The team will be there. Consultations will be happening. But the showroom displays will come together over the weeks that follow move-in as we get fully settled and dialed in.
We'll keep sharing updates here and on our social channels as things progress. The whole thing has been built with the same process we use for every client project: design it right, lock the scope, build it with our own people. It's been a long time coming and we're glad it's almost here!
If you've been thinking about a basement finish, a kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation, or a home addition in the South Metro, the new showroom is going to be a genuinely better way to start that conversation. Come in, walk through real displays, touch real materials, and meet the team that will actually be working in your home.
In the meantime, request a free design consultation and we'll set up a time to come to you to discuss your project.
More photos and updates coming soon. Follow along on our social channels and check back here as we get closer to the opening!
