Country Creek Builders, Inc. is a family-owned business, established in 2009 as a general contracting firm specializing in commercial & high end residential remodeling. Country Creek Builders will strive to maintain a staff of skilled, motivated and confident individuals with a desire to help promote the company's mission.

  • Know and understand all plans and specifications.
  • Get answers to questions when plans and specifications are unclear.
  • Complete all work related to carpentry and other work generally done by this company such as:
  • Demo
  • Framing
  • Exterior trim
  • Installation of windows and doors
  • Installation of siding of all varieties
  • Installation of interior doors
  • Installation of interior trim of all varieties
  • Installation of cabinets
  • Installation of and hookup appliances
  • Tile installation
  • Laminate floor installation
  • Painting and staining
  • Sheet rock work
  • Commercial remodeling
  • Commercial tenant space build-outs
  • Have all the tools required for proper installation of the below-mentioned tasks.

Tools Required for Remodeling Contractors:

  • 30 foot tape measure
  • Flat bar
  • Cat's paw nail puller
  • Tin snips (straight)
  • Chalk line (blue or red)
  • Utility knife
  • Hammer (framing)
  • Carpenters apron or bags
  • Knee pads
  • Speed Square
  • String Line

Country Creek Builders, Inc. will provide all other tools needed including the following: Saws, saw blades, Pneumatic tools, compressors, knife blades, sandpaper and disposable items. Company vehicle provided to get from shop to job location.

Job Requirement

  • ​Cleaning site – materials stacked neatly, floors cleaned, tools put away, yard cleaned, trash piled neatly, mud off driveway and roads
  • Moving lumber
  • Installing dust protection before work begins & maintaining it
  • Tool setup and break down each day
  • Taking part in all training opportunities
  • Learning by watching, asking questions and participating in the work

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Arrive on the job site as directed by lead, Project Manager or owner. Normal start time is 8:00 A.M. Monday through Friday; Some weekends are required with advanced notice.
  • Take lunch and breaks as directed by your Lead to ensure a safe job site.
  • Create a working environment that brings the best out in other employees and that uses time as efficiently as possible.
  • Install all dust, safety and security protections before any work is started on the project.
  • Enforce all company policies regarding safety, foul language, drugs, drinking and smoking. If someone continues to violate these policies, it is your responsibility to report them to your supervisor.
  • Enforce all company safety policies and provide safe conditions for both workers and clients.
  • Do not perform any work not in the contract, and/or assigned by lead or owner,
  • At the request of the Job Lead unlock the job site at the beginning of each day and secure the property at the end of the day.
  • Protect the client's property from theft, damage, or weather related loss.
  • Protect any items that will be reused or cannot be removed from the construction area, such as cabinets, bushes, pool tables, etc.
  • Install and maintain a company job sign in the front of the job.
  • Maintain a clean job site as seen from the street.
  • Remove large quantities of debris on a daily basis or as needed.
  • Never use a client's property or tools.

    1. The standard workday is Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though the work week fluctuates based on the volume of work and specific deadlines; Some weekend work but limited. Be on time to work every day, calling before the start of the workday if illness or family emergency prevent your attendance that day.

  • It is every employee's responsibility to be productive on the job site. If you have completed an assigned task, ask to be given another, or preferably, use your initiative to suggest another task. If the Job Lead is busy use the time well by cleaning up, stocking materials, etc.
  • Safety is important on many fronts. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those working with you. You must learn the safety practices of this company and adhere to them.
  • Time cards are due at the end of each work week. It is your responsibility to fill in your time card every day, sign and turn it in to the office weekly.
  • At times, you will be asked to work independently. This will require attention to detail, quality and an ability to stay on task until finished.
  • In the absence of the Job Lead, due to illness or attending to other responsibilities, you are responsible for working with other employees, remain on task and are productive. At times, this will mean assigning new tasks in the flow of work.
